Renovation of an educational facility in Medford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Inviting qualified and experienced trade contracting firms to submit credentials to be considered for Prequalification on HVAC Upgrades project for the Andrews and McGlynn Schools. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The City of Medford is replacing the primary HVAC systems in the Andrews and McGlynn Schools which are at the end of their effective life with energy efficient boilers and heat pump systems. New open-source equipment controls will be installed as part of this project. Associated electrical work will be performed as part of this project as well as some architectural and site accessibility modifications as required under MGL 521 CMR Madeleine Dugger Andrews Middle School 3000 Mystic Valley Pkwy, Medford, MA McGlynn Middle School 3002 Mystic Valley Pkwy, Medford, MA
