Scope of Work: The Work generally consists of providing the following services, including but not limited to the labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, traffic control and other services necessary for proper installation traffic and pedestrian signals or the maintenance of such infrastructure. The Work will include, but is not limited to: 1. Installation of concrete pole foundations, 2. Trenching, boring and installation of conduit behind the curb and in the street, 3. Installation/adjustment of pull boxes, 4. Installation and restoration of sidewalks and ramps, 5. Restoration and asphalt/concrete roadways as necessary, 6. Loading/hauling/setting/removing steel poles and mast arms, 7. Installation of signal head assemblies and cabinets and detection equipment, 8. Installation and connection of traffic signal cabinet, CCTV and vehicle detection radar 9. Removal of all debris daily, properly recycling, reusing or salvaging. Project Estimate: The initial Contract Amount will not exceed four million dollars ($4,000,000) for the initial Contract Term and four million dollars ($4,000,000) for each of 3 possible 12-month extension options for a total potential Contract Amount not to exceed twelve million dollars ($12,000,000). MBE/WBE Goals: 3.41% WBE and 4.43% MBE.
