Tenders are invited to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and appurtenances, including transportation, to inspect, repair, and pressure test the District’s sprinkler fire suppression systems at the Calumet Water Reclamation Plant (CWRP), the Stickney Water Reclamation Plant (SWRP), the O’Brien Water Reclamation Plant (OWRP), and the District’s Main Office Building (MOB), for a thirty-six (36) month period, commencing approximately May 15, 2025, or upon approval of the Contractor’s Bond, whichever occurs later. The estimated cost of the work to be performed under this Contract is: $158,000.00. Bidders are STRONGLY URGED to inspect all areas of the work sites prior to bidding, in order to familiarize themselves with the nature of the work and the method of accomplishing the same.
