**As of June 20,2025 project is awarded to SITEWORKS CONSTRUCTION, INC. with the awarded amount of $389,462.95 SB Minor B - Replace Culverts - Contra Costa County The Contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.05. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. If your bid is over $461,000.00 it will be rejected per Public Contract Code 10105(b). Payment Bonds and Insurance will be required at time of Award if your Company is low bidder and awarded the contract. Replace Culverts The Department of Transportation (Department) will receive quotes for Construction on State Highway In Contra Costa County in Bay Point at Westbound on-ramp from Willow Pass Road and Westbound offramp to Willow Pass Road. District-County-Route-Post Mile: 04-CC-4-R18.8 Prime Contractor must have either a Class A license or an applicable Class C license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.05. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis Complete the work within 30 working days.
