Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Security Camera Installations at Fire and Parks Departments. SCOPE OF WORK Work shall include, but not be limited to the following: Fire Stations Clapp Park and the Common The Common Park Cameras shall be installed in both parks as outlined below. Cameras shall be connected to the existing City camera network located at each park. The successful bidder shall provide all the wiring for cameras to the POE switch as applicable. All cameras are POE capable. The City shall provide POE network switch connected to City camera network. At Enginel, Engine 2 and Engine 5 Fire Stations qualified City staff shall be required to perform hole drilling penetrations. The successful quoter shall be prepared to identify and lay out all necessary locations on each of the three stations and work with City Staff so there are no questions about where the hole penetrations need to be. The City of Pittsfield is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to install security cameras at 4 Fire Stations and two Parks within the City, Clapp Park & the Common. The City currently operates an Avigilon camera system network. The contractor shall have demonstrated experience installing and configuring Avigilon camera systems. The City shall provide all cameras to be installed. Cameras will be installed on the exterior of all fire stations excluding Headquarters. Cameras and installation materials have been purchased by the City. Cameras shall be installed and connected to the existing City camera network in each location. All cameras are POE capable. The successful bidder shall provide all the wiring for cameras. The City shall provide all network switches (POE) and WAN connectivity at each fire station: o Provide and install 2 OSP rated Cat 6 cables for 360-degree cameras. o Cat 6 cables shall be run back to the existing wall mounted racks. o Provide and install %" EMT on outside of building to each camera from existing data wall rack. o Install a weatherproof box and flex to each camera. o Install 2 - Avigilon 360-degree cameras (20C-H4A-4MH-360), one in front and one in back of each building. o Install 2 - Avigilon camera licenses. o Install all wall mount brackets for both cameras at each location o Aim, commission and test each camera. o Terminate all cables to existing patch panel. o Test all cables Install one Avigilon Dome camera (60C-H5A-DO1 provided by City) on pole next to bathhouse. • Install camera and junction with straps to existing pole. • Tapping of existing consent 120-volt power at existing light pole to power camera. • Install one POE injector in junction box on existing light pole for camera. • Install one Avigilon Dome camera (60C-H5A-DO1 provided by City) on bathhouse for Mechanical room doorInstall %” EMT conduit down peak of bathhouse for City’s antenna for raceway into bathhouse. • Install on POE injector in mechanical room wall for wall mounted outside camera • Using existing 120 volt power in Mechanical room in bathhouse. • Install OSP Cat 6 cable from peak of bathhouse to mechanical room wall. • Install Unity Eight licenses. • Adjust and test cameras. Clapp Park Spray Park Restroom • Install one Avigilon Fisheye camera (80C-H5A-FE-DO1 provided by City) on front of building to cover both doors. • Tapping of existing consent 120-volt power in Mechanical room. • Install one POE injector in the Mechanical room. • Install 1 16” EMT conduit riser on back of spray park restroom for City’s antenna. • Install OSP Cat 6 cable from EMT conduit riser to Mechanical room back board. • Install one Avigilon Dome camera (40C-H5A-DO2 provided by City) inside mechanical room. • Adjust and test camera. • Install Unity Eight licenses
