Transmission Line Maintenance and Construction . Each proposal must be accompanied an acceptable hard copy bid bond payable without recourse to the City of Denton, Texas in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal submitted as guarantee that the proposer will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond, a payment bond, and insurance certificate within ten (10) days after the notification of the award. The City of Denton, Texas reserves the right to reject or accept any proposal and award to the most advantageous proposal received.
