The NYS Office of Mental Health and New York City Children's Center - Bronx Campus are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Swimming Pool Maintenance at NYCCC - Bronx Campus located at 1300 Waters Place, Bronx, NY 10461. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 16% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 14% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%
