Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Webster Springs, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Envelope No. 1 will be opened first and the Bid Bond, Power of Attorney, Certificate of Compliance and other pertinent and required documents will be checked to make sure that all documents are in order. If the documents are found to be in order, Envelope No. 2 containing the Form of Proposal will then be opened and publicly read aloud. If the documents from Envelope No. 1 are not in order, Envelope No. 2 containing the Form of Proposal will not be opened and the bid will be considered non-responsive and will be returned to the Bidder. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Town of Addison in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Immediately following the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids, all proposals which have been submitted in accordance with the conditions of this project will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Approximately 90 linear feet of 12-inch HDPE storm sewer line. Approximately 2,060 linear feet of 15-inch HDPE, and 60 linear feet of 15-inch PVC SDR 35 storm sewer line. Approximately 4,100 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE storm sewer line and approximately 55 concrete catch basins. Approximately 2,060 linear feet of 24-inch HDPE storm sewer line and approximately 16 concrete catch basins. Approximately 860 linear feet of 30-inch HDPE storm sewer line and approximately 7 concrete catch basins. Restoration of curbs, sidewalks, and existing floodwall. Other storm sewer line components, including connection of the existing storm sewer line, relocating the existing sanitary sewer service line, rehabilitation of the existing storm sewer line, pavement replacement and riprap channel. Construction time limit for the contract is 440 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion for Base Bid work. Town of Addison reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
