**As of May 07, 2025, the project was awarded to Long’s Asphalt, Inc., with an awarded amount of $289,265.80.** CONCRETE CURBING - (subject to Prevailing Wage determination as established by the PA Department of Labor & Industry) (1) Remove and replace approximately 469 linear feet (LF) of roll curb in varying lengths and approximately 479 LF of upright curb in varying lengths, including driveway depressions as required. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Concrete Curb Bid." Bids must be submitted on Township forms, available at the Township Building or on the website and must include a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% as security. The successful bidder will be required to provide a payment bond and performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion and to waive any nonconformities or errors in any bid.
