In accordance with Military and Veterans Code 999.5(a), an incentive will be given to all Bidders who claim a minimum of three percent (3%) DVBE participation. For Contract award evaluation purposes only, the State shall apply the incentive amount based on the amount of DVBE participation obtained at three percent (3%) and above. The incentive is only given to those Bidders who are responsive to the DVBE program requirement and propose DVBE participation in the resulting Contract.
