Notice ContentNOTICE FOUR RIVERS SANITATION AUTHORITY INVITATION TO BID #25-204 FERRIC CHLORIDE SOLUTIONSUPPLY Four Rivers Sanitation Authority (Authority, FRSA, Four Rivers) will receive sealed, signed bids for FerricChloride Solution Supply at the Authority's offices, 3501 Kishwaukee Street, Rockford, IL 61109 until 2:00 p.m.,April 16, 2025. The bid opening will be in-person and will also be available via computer or phone. The scope ofthis bid involves furnishing and delivering the Authority's Ferric Chloride Solution Supply. Each bid must beaccompanied by cash or a certified or bank cashier's check on a solvent bank or trust company, drawn to the orderof the Four Rivers Sanitation Authority, or an acceptable Bid Bond on the form attached, in an amount not less thanten percent (10%) of the base bid yearly estimated total. This sum is a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, acontract will be entered into.
