As of June 16, 2025, project was awarded to Gomez Construction Service LLC awarded amount is not available. The City of Rollingwood is seeking bids for the construction of a retaining wall and related drainage infrastructure in Rollingwood Park in strict accordance with an engineered design. Remove 50 LF of existing stone wall and gabions Partially level upper area, combo of DG and exist'g grass; maintain access for maintenance to back fields. Provide roughly 125 LF of 6-10" limestone quarry "pancake" boulders for retaining, incorporate two sets of gradual steps; consider tiering between upper and lower levels; overall distance about 85ft. Create two shallow rock basins (min 8' depth, 3'- 5' dia.) with river rock fill to capture and filter water from downspouts. Provide 15 1 gal. native plantings that do well in semi-shade: muhly, rosemary, soft yucca, artemisia, golden groundsel, bulbine, etc. Drip irrigation for new plants
