The Work consists of: removing the existing natural grass; replacing the baseball field, softball field and soccer field's grass with synthetic turf systems and replacing other natural grass areas with desert landscape; relocation ofwater lines where applicable from newly converted synthetic field areas, removing existing irrigation from the natural grass areas and installing new irrigation. The Work also includes installing new curbs, fencing, concrete, sports field accessories, and erosion mitigation. Contractors Pre-Qualified pursuant NRS 338.1379 intending to bid this project. Bidders must provide their most current letter of pre-qualification issued by the Clark County School District and all information listed in Part 5 of Document 00 2113 - Instructions to Bidders.
