The City of High Point is hereby seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms, with proven experience and expertise, to provide services to include, but not be limited to assessment, risk assessment matrix and prioritization, design, rehabilitation recommendations, specification preparations, bidding, resident project representation, inspection, payments and other project/engineering related items as necessary to complete the project consisting of approximately 275,000 linear foot of sewer lines in designated location of the southwest corridor of High Point along Richland Creek Watershed. Questions Due to Purchasing Tuesday, April 8, 2025, by 12:00 PM Scope of services for this project are in the initial phases of a multi-phased project associated with EPA grant funds. The below schedule is subject to change; however, milestone dates are set with the understanding that all projects associated with grant funding must be completed by December 2027. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
