Description of Work: the Work Includes the Construction of Approximately: Recoating and Rehabilitation of a 500,000 Gallon Single Pedestal Water Tower Including: Complete Removal and Replacement of the Interior Wet Coating System, Partial Complete Removal and Replacement and Spot Repairs of the Interior Dry Coating System, Overcoating ofthe Exterior Coating System, and Miscellaneous Structural and Appurtenance Rehabilitation/repairs; Together With Numerous Related Items of Work, All in Accordance With Plans and Specifications. Completion of Work: All Work Under the Contract Must Be Substantially Complete 75 Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed; Final Completion Must Be Within 105 Calendar Days From Notice to Proceed.
