As of May 8, 2025 project was awarded to TLS Group, Inc in the amount $638,808.32 Vandament Avenue and Yukon Parkway Intersection Improvements. Bids shall also be made in accordance with the prevailing hourly rates of wages (if applicable) for this locality and project as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and filed with the Secretary of State, a copy of which prevailing hourly rate of wages is made a part of this notice by reference as though fully set forth herein. The low bidder must establish and maintain a yard in the City Limits of Yukon. Bids received more than twenty-four (24) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder.
