Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of full depth patch repairs of existing concrete pavement citywide and replacement of existing concrete pedestrian ramps within the area of the 2025 Public Works Mill & Overlay project. Each bidder must possess a valid North Dakota contractor's license for the full amount of their bid, as required by N.D.C.C. 43-07-7. Each bidder MUST enclose a copy of their Contractor's License or Certificate of Renewal, issued by the North Dakota Secretary of State, and each license must be valid and dated at least 10 days prior to the date set for bid opening, as required under N.D.C.C. 43-07-12. The City of West Fargo will not read or consider any bid that does not fully comply with the requirements above, or the requirements of N.D.C.C. 48-01.2-05 Question Deadline 04/10/2025
