Site work for a water / sewer project in Water Valley, Mississippi. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project scope includes: The project includes the construction of 250 GPM Water Well, controls and all associated appurtenances. Contract time is 365 consecutive calendar days. Liquidated damages in the amount of $250.00 will be assessed for each consecutive calendar day thereafter. The Billys Creek Rural Water Association reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: 1. Mendrop Engineering Resources, LLC, 854 Wilson Drive, Suite A, Ridgeland, MS 39157, (225) 337-3764 2. Mendrop Engineering Resources, LLC, 101 Eureka Road, Batesville, MS 38606, (601) 899-5158 Hard copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the offices of Mendrop Engineering Resources, LLC, 854 Wilson Drive, Suite A, Ridgeland, MS 39157, Telephone (225) 337-3764, upon payment of $150.00 for each set, NOT to be refunded. The cost of the contract documents includes standard shipping and handling via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground, as well as printing expenses. Electronic copies of Contract Documents will be provided upon request for no charge at the above referenced contact. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
