Toho Water Authority gives notice of its intent to procure Peerless Pump Products from Hydra Services Inc., through a Sole Source method. Specifications/Details of the Good and Services Needed. 1) Peerless Model 8AE15 Bare Pump Assembled to meet duty 3,000 USGPM 2) Peerless Model 14HH/LC-2 Stage Bowl Assembly with Strainer 316ss. 3) US HO75V2SLG Motor 75HP-WP1-1800rpm-460v-60hz-3Ph-WP1 Prospective Vendors able to provide Hydra Services Replacement Parts, and Products are requested to provide a quotation and detailed goods/services information The following paragraphs contain the specifications for the proposed goods and/or services. Any vendor/contractor, who believes that they can provide these or equivalent goods and/or services, shall submit a written quotation along with a statement outlining their reasons and concerns in detail along with sufficient documentation to substantiate their claim that their offering meets or exceeds the specifications of the proposed sole source recommendation. It will be the vendor/contractor's responsibility to provide adequate information in their written statement to enable the Authority to ensure that the proposed products or services meet the required criteria. If adequate information is not submitted with the statement, Toho Water Authority reserves the right to reject the proposal.
