Renovations at Various Schools For The Rose Tree Media School District Sealed Proposals will be received by Rose Tree Media School District for General Construction, Mechanical Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction at various schools for the Rose Tree Media School District. Project is an interior renovation of family consumer science cooking lab, TV production studio, and (5) science lab classrooms and an exterior renovation for finish repair. Interior scope includes millwork and casework; cooking equipment; new finishes including paint, flooring, ceilings; reconfiguring electric and piping as required for new layouts; upgrade of mechanical system; and other associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work as required per drawings and specifications.
