Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Briarcliff, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
We are accepting bids to Grade and Gravel Walking Trail by the City's pond area and walkway to the dock. The damaged trail area in need of repair is 2,977.11 ft long by 6 ft wide. The walkway to the dock is 16ft x 4 feet wide. The accepted Bid will be determined by Council based on the bid, licensing, and insured. Years in the field and availability in which work can be started and completed. We encouraged all licensed, insured and bonded applicants to apply with preferably a reasonably quick timeline in which the project will be done. We encourage women owned, veteran owned and minority owned applicants to apply.
