Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Orangeburg, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.
Following all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, safely remove lights identified in lighting survey and provide fixed cost for all LED lighting replacement as specified by Owner. Contact: Joshua Nexsen Contact email: jnexsen@orbgdpu.com Contact phone: 803-268-4101 : The DPU Warehouse (located at 350 Sprinkle Ave. Orangeburg, SC 29115) has approximately 260 lights of various types (mostly fluorescent and HID bay lights). The DPU requests replacement of the existing lights with LED fixtures. Vendor supply a fixed price per fixture to replace lights. Project should be completed within 90 days of the issuance of the notice to proceed. Vendor to provide additional fixed hourly rate for other miscellaneous electrical labor which may be uncovered during the project. Contractors who want to visit the site or have inspection questions are directed to contact Joshua Nexsen before the RFP response date. Contractor may meet DPU staff onsite to review the area. Vendor to agree to DPU's standard form contract (available upon request).
