Reference number: 20052091 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-04-14 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 7 Description The City of Nicolet is requesting Tenders to carry out the project to replace the valves on the drinking water distribution pumps at its filtration plant. The scope of the Work and Equipment to be supplied under this Contract is described in the "Special Technical Clauses" of this Specification. The Contractor shall furnish all Materials, labor and tools required for the installation of all equipment and the performance of all services described in the Specifications, on the Bid Form and on the Plans and Specifications and include the same in each price submitted by him in the Price Schedule. The Contractor shall be responsible for the overall direction of the Work and for the coordination of his subcontractors and, in particular, for all disciplines to consult the Plans and Specifications of the other disciplines in order to fully understand the scope of the Work.
