Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Lawton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Project Description: The intent of this project is to repair the existing shower areas in each bay of the facility so that excess water outside of the showers will be contained within the shower area and flow to the drains. In addition to the correction of water flow, repairing of existing shower and floor drains to address leaks. The work includes replacement of plumbing, drywall, tile, shower stalls, lighting, finishes, and appurtenances. The facility will remain occupied in areas that are not under construction during the duration of the project. Building 6050 is located on Rothwell Street, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Comanche County. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 364 calendar days Subcontractor proposals are due to CCI by NOON, Monday, March 31, 2025. Direct all RFI's, bids and scope letters to the following individuals/emails: 1.
