This project involves renovations and site improvements for two Parkway District buildings - Fern Ridge High School and the Grounds/Storage Building - located on a single project site. Bidders will be responsible for designated scopes of work at both locations and must provide a cost breakdown for each building to support the District's accounting process. Fern Ridge High School, the building renovations include replacing classroom mechanical units, removing built-in lockers and casework, furring out walls to accommodate new finishes, replacing flooring throughout the facility, and installing new windows. Site improvements involve a full-depth replacement of the parking lot and main entry drive lane, as well as replacing sidewalks and concrete stairs. Additionally, landscaping will be installed around newly placed mechanical units. Grounds/Storage Building, interior renovations consist of painting, flooring replacement, and the installation of a new two-post vehicle lift. Site improvements include the construction of pre-engineered metal building shelters over bulk material storage areas to enhance functionality and protection for stored materials. The following construction project is being advertised for bids by Parkway School District Facilities Department, 363 North Woods Mill Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017. Proposals may not be withdrawn for at least 45 days after the closing date for receipt of bids. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
