Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Project scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal of existing concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter and asphalt and lighting relocation. The installation of new concrete, asphalt and site restoration. This is a “Turn-Key” project, which includes all of the necessary permits, fees, materials and approvals included in the contractor’s bid. Construction Documents can be obtained by emailing a completed “Request for Construction Documents Bid No, 4891F” to John Setter, jsetter@kusd.edu Ph. 262-359-6331. The document request form is attached hereto. The Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any informality or technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal deemed to be in the best interest of KUSD. KUSD reserves the right to negotiate with any company after the bid opening has occurred.
