Doc note: All bid documents and all contract documents, including specifications governing the contract, may be examined between the hours of 8 AM and 2 PM, at the Valatie Village Hall in Valatie, New York, starting April 1, 2025. Copies of the bid documents can be electronically transferred via Dropbox. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form of a certified check or a bid bond subject to the conditions of this proposal. No bid will be accepted unless a signed Certification of Non-Collusion is submitted with the bid. Work under this contract consists of repairing and repainting the village water tank. The Village of Valatie expressly reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to accept any bid or to reject any and all bids or to award on any or all items as the interest of the Village of Valatie may appear to require. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the bid opening. Question Deadline 04/23/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing
