Reference Number 0000381725 One-Year Contract for Landscaping and Riverbank Maintenance services once a month at 2 locations with one mutual option to renew the pricing and conditions for an additional 12 months. Yonkers reserves the right to order additional cleanings at one or both sites, as needed. JFK Marina Park (from the John F Kennedy Boathouse south to the power plant property line.) Removal of trash and all woody or herbaceous plant growth within the riprap and between the fence and the water' s edge. Landscaping and maintenance for the area between the fence and the pathway (grass cutting, weeding, and garbage and debris removal). Yonkers Esplanade Park (from the intersection of Main St. and Pier Pointe St. south to the end of the Apex property line, which is north of the Dominos Sugar Factory.) Removal of trash and all woody or herbaceous plant growth within the riprap and between the riprap and the footpath at the Apex property. Landscaping and maintenance for the area between the knee wall and the waterfront railing along the promenade. (grass cutting, weeding, and garbage and debris removal). Contractor shall be responsible for removal and lawful disposal of all waste material generated by the work.
