The project includes the evaluation and rehabilitation of the final segment of the Big Dry Creek Interceptor Sewer (BDCIS), a 54-inch diameter pipeline. The selected Contractor will assist the City of Westminster through the pre-design, preliminary design, and final design phases. Work will involve comprehensive condition assessment, field investigations, and the development of rehabilitation strategies. Solutions may include cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) or other trenchless technologies to deliver a sustainable and cost-effective result.
