**As of June 18, 2025, the project was awarded to FMG Construction Group, LLC, with an awarded amount of $3,056,565.59.** Harmony Public Schools ("HPS") is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a construction project at "HPS Headquarters - Interior Renovation" The project scope of work includes limited interior renovation only. 1st Floor: Renovation includes converting offices into meeting rooms, reconfiguring office space, converting the existing gym into meeting rooms, adding a new restroom as well as a security vestibule. 2nd Floor: No scope of Work. 3rd through 6th Floors: scope include renovating and expanding existing restrooms with new finishes and fixtures as well as office reconfiguration on the 4th and 6th floors. Construction scope consists of but is not limited to drywall, finishes, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other related work as specified in the project documents. Liquidated Damages: Time is of the essence regarding the performance of all Work. If the Contractor fails to achieve Substantial Completion on or before July 15, 2025, Contractor shall pay to the Owner, as liquidated damages, $2000 per day for each calendar day that Substantial Completion is delayed thereafter. HPS reserves the right to withdraw/cancel this solicitation at any time for any reason, remove any scope component for any reason and to issue such clarifications, modifications and/or amendments as deemed appropriate by HPS, in its sole discretion.
