A new RFP will be held at a later date" The County of Greenville Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism is seeking proposals from Licensed Plumbing Contractors to provide Professional Services to address plumbing issues at Park and Recreation facilities located throughout Greenville County. The Greenville County Parks, Recreation & Tourism (GCPRT) Department operates facilities throughout Greenville County. The park system includes an Administrative Facility, 8 Community Centers, 42 park restrooms, 3 Waterpark Facilities, the Greenville County Aquatic Complex and the Pleasant Ridge Camp & Retreat Center. Question Submission Deadline: April 18, 2025, 3:00pm. All inquiries regarding this proposal shall be submitted via online. Tentative Date of Award: May 5, 2025 Contract Negotiations: May 5 - May 16 Issue Notice to Proceed: May 16, 2025. The awarded vendor shall comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations regarding licenses, permits and certifications. The awarded vendor shall provide all Labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, licensed - supervision, manpower and all incidentals required to service all locations and features specified; in accordance with the following specifications. Provide Professional Services needed to provide Plumbing Maintenance, on an as-needed basis to include (but not limited to): 1) Video Services for Sanitary Lines, 4" and larger 2) Service of Clogged Sanitary Lines, 4" and larger 3) Leak Detection Services 4) Backflow Testing on devices ranging from 3/4" to 8" a) 3/4" - 2 b) 1" - 10 c) 1 1/4" - 4 d) 1 1/2" - 10 e) 2" - 25 f) 3" - 2 g) 6" - 5 h) 8" - 2 5) Provide as-needed Scheduled Maintenance Services during Business Hours (7am - 6pm, Monday - Friday) 6) Respond to Emergency Requests outside of Business Hours, within specified timeframe. 7) Comply with all Federal, State and Local Regulations, regarding licenses, permits, and certifications. A Pre-Proposal meeting is not scheduled for this project. Bonding will not be required for this project. Greenville County reserves the right to reject any response that contains prices for individual items or services that are inconsistent or unrealistic when compared to pricing of like responses; or ambiguous responses which are uncertain as to terms, delivery, quantity, or compliance with specifications may be rejected or otherwise disregarded if such action is in the best interest of the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
