The first project is for the Picadilly Road Storm Improvements and the second project is for the Summer Valley Ranch Tributary at Tower Road. Picadilly Road Storm Improvements - The City of Aurora ("City") is planning to construct a storm conveyance system including storm pipe, a bore under railroad tracks and water quality features. The project provides for conveyance of storm runoff along Picadilly Road from Smith Road north to First Creek. Specifically, work includes: 48" Bore beneath Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), Clearing and Grubbing, Miscellaneous Removals, Unclassified Excavation, Erosion Control, Traffic Control, Asphalt Pavement, Concrete Pavement, Seeding, Aggregate Base Course, Riprap, 6000LF RCP Pipe (size 30"-60"), Manholes, Stilling Basin, Waterline lowering's and other miscellaneous items. Summer Valley Ranch Tributary at Tower Road - The City is planning to rehabilitate the road crossing for Summer Valley Ranch Tributary at Tower Road. Work includes Smooth Walled Method Rehab for 344 LF of 90" CMP, 3 LF of 5'x8' Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert (RCBC), Transition from 7.5'x8' RCBC to 5'x8' RCBC, Concrete Headwall and Wingwalls, Type R Inlet, Void Filled Riprap, 30" Boulder Edging, Fiber Optic Utility coordination, Waterline, Erosion Control, Traffic Control and other miscellaneous items.
