Reference Number 0000381841 The City of Aurora Water Department ("City") is seeking to pre-qualify general contractors to provide on-call services for a minimum of three (3) years for Phase 3 of the Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) Project. Note: Contractors intending on serving as subcontractors (unless noted otherwise herein), or material suppliers should not submit a Statement of Qualifications for this Preinvitation/Statement of Qualification process. This process is designed to pre-qualify General Contractors only. When the bids for these construction projects are solicited, only those pre-qualified General Contractors selected from this process will be solicited or allowed to participate.
