Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; municipal facility; municipal facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The City of Town & Country MO requests qualications from experienced rms to perform Professional Design Services for additions and renovations of City Hall, Police Department and Fire Station. A copy of the complete RFQ is available under "related documents" below and includes full submittal requirements, comprehensive project details, and contact information. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any qualifications and waive any irregularities in the best interest of the Owner. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The construction budget for the City Hall and Police Department scope of work is $ 3,200,000.The construction budget for the Fire Station scope of work is $ 1,100,000.
