The Indian Health Service, Kayenta Health Center (KHC) located located in/at Highway 160, Mile Post 394.3, Kayenta, AZ 86033 has a requirement to replace exterior doors with panic exit bars. The period of performance is date of award to 12/31/2025. The Government shall keep the solicitation posted and open for quotes until 05/11/2025 @ 5:00pm MST. To be considered for award, your offer shall include the following documents/information listed in the attached solicitation. This is an Indian-Owned, Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside. This contract is subject to the electronic payment process by the Department of Treasury. All invoices complying to the requirements at 52.212-4(g) must be submitted through www.ipp.gov. For additional information, refer to the incorporated clause at 352.232-71 Electronic Submission of Payment Requests (FEB 2 Delivery: 12/31/2025 Period of Performance: 05/02/2025 to 12/31/2025 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 3.1. The contractor shall prepare a proposal, and upon award, shall provide an accurate timeline to complete project and following will perform the work to completion. 3.2. The project includes the following work: a. Replacements of all identified exterior panic bar hardware. b. All hardware and door replacements need to be tested and certified (Ex. UL certified) c. Doors that need to be replaced will require higher grade, and solid core or metal doors need to be replaced with same type. d. Contractor is to dispose of debris at approved EPA disposal location. e. Retain and reconnect door closures and ADA door openers. f. Existing doors are lockable and some doors will need striker or solenoid to work with ADA opener. g. Utilize existing 120-volt power to Handicap Door Opener location h. Contractor to furnish and install new exterior panic bars with hardware. i. Door quantity are ten single door and two double door that total fourteen doors. j. Test and certify Handicap Door Openers that will work with electronic access control. k. Test and certify doors open and close properly
