The Jubilee Center Condominium Corporation invites Contractors to submit proposals to provide full services to complete all required works across a total of eight roof surfaces. The Municipality has conducted a roof condition assessment at the Jubilee building located at 9909 Franklin Ave, Fort McMurray, and a report produced which has determined a total of 8 roof surfaces have exceeded their projected usable lifespan requiring the removal and replacement of the roof systems in these areas. The objective of the project will be to remedy deteriorated and deficient elements of the existing roof covering zones 2,3,4,5,11,12 & 13 as illustrated in the attached drawing. This project will be executed in two phases, one for each tower and requiring the mobilization and staging of on-ground work area on two ends of the building.
