This project consists of the construction of a new roadway and parking infrastructure to serve the future location of CoushattaÕs new education building. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum with unit prices included for the purpose of change order negotiation when necessary. Coushatta Tribe of Louisiana reserves the right to award the bid based on consideration of all factors and not solely on low bid for the lump sum portion.
