sealed bids will be received by the Northern Burlington County Regional School District Board of Education for TRASH COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL on the school property of the Northern Burlington County Regional High School located at 160 and 180 Mansfield Road East and at 591 State Route 68, Columbus(Mansfield Township), Burlington County, New Jersey. A single overall bid is being sought for the service. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, with the name and address of the bidder, name of the Project and the time and date of the contract bid identified on the outside of the envelope as: TRASH COLLECTION. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The district assumes no responsibility for quotations that are not delivered to the Board of Education office at the deadline including mail or express deliveries that aremis-directed, misplaced or lost, including instances when district personnel are involved. Late deliveries will be returned unopened. All questions will be shared with other vendors. No questions will be taken after Monday, April 28,2025 at 3:00 pm. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any bid requirements and/or any non-material bid defects, where such rejection or waiver is in the best interests of the School District, and where such rejection or waiver is permitted by law.
