Reference Number 0000290306 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/15 02:30:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum Loyalist College is seeking proposals for the supply, installation and maintenance of new telescoping spectator seating in the gymnasium. Seating approximately 450, seating will be easily maintained and enhance the esthetics for the gymnasium through both physical design and the use of Loyalist Athletics graphics and branding. The design will be fully compliant with all code requirements, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and industry best practices. The Loyalist College new gymnasium is currently under construction and is expected to be put into service approximately November 30th, 2025. The installation of the bleachers will be coordinated with the completion or near completion of construction. Below are architect's renderings of the new gym indicating the general esthetic of the construction and the positioning of the spectator seating. The College may reject any proposal based on an unfavorable assessment of the adequacy of the submitted price due to budgetary limitations. Furthermore, the College reserves the right to further negotiate with the successful proponent, including amending the deliverables to meet budgetary limitations, if any.
