Bid proposals, amendments to bids, or request for withdrawal of bids, received after time specified for bid opening shall not be considered for any cause whatsoever The bid proposal is fim1 for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of the opening of bids and no bid proposal can be withdrawn for any reason during this period of time. The City of Ruston reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals for just cause and reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
