Renovation of a golf course in Toledo, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.

Roof Replacements at Bayview Retiree's Golf Course- Remove existing layers of flat roof materials, exposing clean roof; inspect roof deck and replace/repair where necessary o Remove existing gutter system o Remove all flashings, terminations o Remove four courses of shingles on leading edge over low slope roof o Mechanically fasten 1.5" 20 PSO ISO o Install full 60 mil SBS underlayment on all roof areas to also act as a vapor barrier o Install - Mechanically fastened .060 white PVC roofing system o Re-shingle in removed area using Owens Corning Duration shingles o All associated flashing and terminations to manufacturer's specs o 24 G edge metal in choice of standard colors o .032 continuous aluminum gutter system with downs o Provide 20-year supplier NDL warranty upon completion of work of flat areas o The City requires that all contractors list any authorized representation licensing with OEM's for extended warranty of components and/or systems. These documents will support expertise, factory training and installation standards of performing contractor o Clean-up all roofing waste and related debris and haul away leaving premises clean and safe o All work is to be performed by licensed trades, as required o All work is to be done in a professional manner by all trades involved o All materials, labor, and parts are to be included in this proposal. If additional repairs are found necessary during the completion of this project, they will be quoted separately o All work is to be completed during normal business hours of 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday o Work sites must be protected with barricades and/or caution tape as needed to maintain a safe environment. o The use of any sub-contractors by prime contractor must be submitted with the bid and is part of the "Project Paperwork" packet subcontractor form. o All federal / state / city codes must be maintained and all work must be performed to code o Contractors are responsible for obtaining any and all permits required to complete the project Project Duration 1 year Question Deadline 04/10/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Q&A Yes The bid guaranty shall be in the form of a cashier's check/official check on a solvent bank or a bid bond. If using a check as the bid guaranty, the check must be received by the Division of Purchases and Supplies no later than the due date and time to be deemed responsive. The check must also be scanned and uploaded with the e-bid. Company checks and personal checks will NOT be accepted. Checks shall be made payable to "City of Toledo." Response Types Line Items Type of Award Lump Sum If your company is using a bid bond, scan and upload with bid; the original does not need to be received by the City of Toledo. If your company does not provide a bid guaranty, your bid submittal will be deemed non-responsive. (TMC 187.09) As noted above, City forms must be filled out and attached to the bid. Project Paperwork includes the following: Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Conditions Contract Specifications; Toledo Municipal Income Tax Compliance; Public Utilities Compliance; Living Wage Affidavit; Living Wage Contract Addendum; EEO Form; Primary and Subcontractor Forms and Debarment and Suspension Certificate; Best Bid Criteria. Other required forms include those noted in the Response Type Section and also noted in the Other Details Section: Signed Contract by Vendor CEO/President; Child Support Affidavit; Insurance Certificate listing the city of Toledo as an additional insurer; and Current Worker's Compensation Certificate. The following items will be required upon awarding the contract: Performance Bond and PLA, if applicable. The successful bidder shall submit certified payrolls to the City for all labor performed on the project 2 weeks after start date, then weekly thereafter as determined by the Division of Contract Compliance. A Pre-Construction meeting is required prior to work start. Prevailing Wages are required for this project. It is the obligation of a contractor or subcontractor to make payment in accordance with the prevailing wage determinations. The city of Toledo encourages all bidders to achieve a 15% MBE/WBE participation on all construction contracts
