The Port of Vancouver USA (port) is seeking proposals from consultants for evaluation to select the most qualified proposer to enter into an agreement to perform electrical infrastructure design and consulting services. This effort is for the advancement of the carbon neutrality of the port with the installation of electric equipment and supporting infrastructure. The consultant who is awarded contracts shall have demonstrated experience in the types of work and activities defined in this solicitation for which architectural and engineering design, planning, and consulting, are utilized. These services are underwritten by a federal EPA grant and will play an important role in assisting the port for accomplishing its climate action plan goals. The awarded consultant will be required to enter into a Professional Services Agreement ("Local Agency A&E Professional Services Negotiated Hourly Rate Consultant Agreement.")
