Question Deadline 04/14/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online No, Questions: All questions relative to this Project before bid opening shall be presented in writing via email as soon as possible, but no later than time, to Emily Rose, Management Analyst, at erose@sdcwa.org. An addendum may be issued to bidders stating the questions and answers. The Water Authority reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid, to reject any or all bids, or make an award to the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder as the interest of the Water Authority may require. The Water Authority may reject any bid which, in the opinion of the Engineer, is unbalanced between the bid items as to be detrimental to the interests of the Water Authority.
