**As of June 02, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on the end of June.** This purchase is to solicit proposals from a third-party general contractor (GC) & their subcontractors for the construction of the fern rock safety improvements project. The project will include construction of a right-of- way barrier to deter pedestrians in the local area from crossing an active railway. The scope of the GC will include earth/site work, concrete foundation forming and pouring, preast wall panel installations, and erosion and sediment controls.
