Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

In general, the project consists of improvements to the red wolf enclosure at the Great Plains Zoo. Work will include new viewing structure, sidewalk, exhibit barrier fencing, pedestrian fencing, electrical, final erosion control and landscaping. Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Great Plains Zoo reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any parts thereof. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Document Note: Issuing Office will, upon request, furnish one copy of the Bidding Documents, without charge, to each contractor resident in South Dakota who intends, in good faith, to bid upon the project. Bids shall be submitted on the prescribed form. Bids will be rejected if they show any conditions or uncalled for alternative bids.
