The scope of work includes working with Town staff through design development and final design to create a complete set of concept drawings that will be implemented by the Town of Wendell through future Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) projects. • Right-of-Way Location Survey • Topographic Location Survey • Concept Design that includes landscape and hardscape • Construction Cost Estimates • Specifications • Design Meetings • Project Management • Public Engagement Assistance • Renderings & Illustrations • Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)The Town of Wendell is seeking an experienced consultant to provide design recommendations that will improve pedestrian, bicycle and golf cart facilities, as well as enhance safety through traffic calming measures, on three Town corridors: Big Falls Drive, Taylor Road, and Hollybrook Road. The Town is requesting conceptual designs for approximately 5 total miles across these corridors. The Town of Wendell’s Planning Department is leading this project.
