The Village of Orland Park is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of a maximum of 160 Marina Adjustable Sling Chaise with a white frame and blue sling, for the 2025 pool season to be used at the Centennial Park Aquatic Center located at 15600 West Ave, Orland Park IL 60462. Centennial Park Aquatic Center already has almost 500 identical pieces; therefore, alternatives will not be considered, ensuring uniformity throughout. Bidders should provide price proposal for 2025 only. Bidders should provide pricing based on the packaging option that corresponds to their standard selling unit(s). For example, if your company sells in packs of 2, 4, or 14, please provide the price per case. Bidders may submit bids for one or more of the specified pack sizes. Ensure that all bids are submitted with clear labeling of the packaging unit (single, pair, pack of 4, pack of 14). If discounts apply for larger quantities, please specify the discount structure. The Village is exempt from all Federal and State tax; proposals must quote prices which do not include such tax. The delivery of goods shall be complete on or before August 1, 2025. Free On Board All costs and risks associated with transportation to the port of entry are the responsibility of the seller. Upon arrival at the port of entry, ownership, and risk transfer to the Village of Orland Park, who is then responsible. Lift Gate The vendor shall be responsible for providing lift-gate service as part of the procurement agreement. This service entails the provision of a vehicle equipped with a hydraulic lift-gate mechanism to facilitate the loading and unloading of goods at the specified delivery location. The vendor is required to unload all products from the truck and transfer them from the liftgate to the designated delivery spot as specified in the procurement agreement. Purchase Order The Village of Orland Park prohibits the acceptance of deposit conditions for goods or services rendered. Payment shall be made solely through the issuance of a valid Purchase Order, and any attempt to require a deposit or advance payment as a condition of service shall be considered non compliant with this procurement agreement. Adjusted Costs Vendors bidding on contracts with the Village of Orland Park are required to include adjusted costs for breaking cases, where applicable. The adjusted costs should be transparently detailed in the proposal. Product Warranty Vendors participating in bidding processes with the Village of Orland Park are required to provide warranties for the goods or services being supplied.
