MDI General Contractors, Construction Manager at Risk for The City of Coppell, is requesting bids from subcontractors for The City of Coppell - Justice Center Addition and Renovation The work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents. The Justice Center project expands and refreshes the locker rooms, break room, and fitness room. It includes 3,239 sf of selective demolition and interior remodeling and a 3,446 sf new building addition attached to the existing building, which includes a new storm shelter. Direct all inquiries to the construction manager. Deadline for Questions: April 8, 2025 at 4PM. No oral interpretations will be made to any Proposer as to the meaning of the drawings and specifications. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to estimating@mdigc.com. Do not contact the owner or architect.
