The owner expects to carry out the project using the design/build method. TIMELINE: The Project is preliminary. The awarded master team of professional consultants has submitted to the owner a functional and technical program for the StaRRE La Pinière solid handling facility upgrade project that will be used for a design/build tender. Following the request for proposals DOS-3261 /20097322 the owner has awarded the firm Verificateur Eve-Marie Le Fort to provide auditor professional services within the framework of the design/build contractor selection process. Owner is seeking required approvals. Timelines of the project development are being finalized.
