USDA Sewer Improvement Project R solution 2025 This resolution shall authorize the Village Engineer, Fleis and Vandenbrink, to continue the USDA Sewer Improvement Project by requesting bids to complete the work scope identified in the project documents, subject to final approval by the USDA. The Onekama Village Council does hereby resolve that any funds appropriated will be used for the construction, operations, and maintenance plus bond financial requirements for the Village Sanitary Sewer System. Trustee Burger moved, Trustee Foster supported to adopt the Improvement Project to proceed. Those voting in favor: Roger Burger, Sara Fauble, Tom Foster, Susan Halloran, Rod Hudson, Wayne Miller Those voting against: None Absent: Mick Finan This resolution shall take effect upon its adoption and publication in accordance with Section 65.5 of the General Village Law Act. CERTIFICATION I, Ruth M. Hudson, Clerk of the Village of Onekama do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of Resolution 2025 # 13-19-25 adopted by the Onekama Village Council at its regular meeting held. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
